Healthy eating on a roadtrip budget

And so it goes, this traveler finally decided to seriously save money on this trip. No saturated fat and not many carbs in this Happy Meal.

It is Friday evening in Spokane, Washington and somewhere out there in this Northwestern City, people are dining on steak and lobster or perhaps razor clams which were sipping Pacific water earlier this week.
