Catching up with Life

Hi all,
Not much has happened in the way of trip plans, since my last posting.

I enrolled in a motorcycle safety class to reduce my motorcycle insurance by 10% for life!

Yeah, it was 2 days of classroom and course training at Otis National Guard Millitary Reservation on Cape Cod, MA.

We couldn't have had better weather than we did for these classes and course time.

It was so funny to sit on a smaller bike than I am use to.

This is a Honda NightHawk 250.

Of course, I ride a 750 Moto Guzzi and it is much larger and quite a bit heavier.

This is our class photo. Being in a small class allows more riding time and less time sitting on a bike, waiting for your turn to practice turns, braking, proper leaning techniques and general awareness of your surroundings.

Dan is a great instructor!
You can sign up for this class if you are in New England
I would recommend this class for beginners and experienced riders as well. Good to get back to basics and refresh your awareness of your surroundings as you ride.
Tell them Ken sent you. haha
