Utah is an absolutely beautiful state.

Kids will be kids. When the track team was returning from a meet at a rival high school and headed through these hills before arriving at Delta, UT to brag about their big win, there may have been a stray spray can of paint or two and someone may have thought it would be a good idea to tag a natural formation as seen on these rocks.

However, they must have known I was coming on Mozi. The following picture sums it all up with two words:

Although painting rocks does not meet with my approval, this next picture grabbed my attention and made me chuckle.

I know, you can't read it from here. So, I zoomed in on the next shot:

Not only are the track team members talented in their sport,
there also seems to be a creative advertizing agent in the making!

Later in the same day, I arrived in Freedom, Utah and spent a few hours there enjoying a ride through Maple Canyon. Check back in the next few days to see added pictures from inside the canyon and the fabulous sunset in this valley.

Turkey farms seem to be the main industry in Freedom, Utah and surrounding communities.

This valley was bursting with colors as the sun and clouds mixed over the mountains

More colors...

Yes, that is snow on the mountain tops

Fire on the mountain?

Maple Canyon

To be continued....

Oh yeah: Mozi on...
